Senior Director, Product Management – Connect Portfolio, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Payments Market
Austin Herrington joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp in 2025 as its Senior Director, Product Management – Connect Portfolio for its Payments Market business. In this role, he is responsible for the global strategic direction of the Connect portfolio, working closely with each region to define, develop and evolve products to meet the unique needs of each market at scale.
With over 26 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, Austin joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp from Windstream Communications, where he had held the role of Vice President of Product Management for seven years. Prior to that, Austin served in multiple product leadership roles for the Enterprise, Carrier/Wholesale, SMB and Consumer segments at Windstream.
Austin holds an MBA and a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Arkansas. Austin also holds the position of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance and is Fortinet Certified in Fundamentals of Cybersecurity.
When not at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp, Austin spends his free time watching his children’s travel sports competitions.
