Mike Keegan is responsible for setting global strategy for the company and for making the critical decisions to ensure sustainable growth. As CEO, he oversees the network, operations, sales, development and product groups.

Seth is responsible for setting the strategy and driving growth and performance for the business across its broad range of carrier and enterprise solutions. Before joining Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp, Seth worked for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s parent company Koch, Inc. for over four years.

Michael Johnson is Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Global Managing Director for its Payments Market business. Michael is responsible for setting the strategy and driving growth and performance for the business across a broad range of products and markets. Michael works closely with the senior regional management teams, as well as Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s corporate leadership group, to set the company’s Payments Market strategy. He is focused on working to meet the unique requirements of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp customers, employees and shareholders.

Michael O’Brien joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp in 2026, when parent company Koch Equity Development integrated select iconectiv platforms into Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp. In his role as Executive Vice President – Product Management, Michael is responsible for developing and executing on Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Communications Market product strategy and driving new innovative pathways for sustainable growth which meet the evolving needs of customers.

Chris Rivera joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp in 2025 as Chief Technology Officer for its Communications Market business. In this role, Chris provides leadership to the Communications Market’s data science, engineering and technology architecture teams.

Matthew Thomas joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Payments Market business in 2023 as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. With more than 20 years’ experience, Matthew is a payments industry specialist and is passionate about helping customers and partners navigate digital transformation.

George Zirkel joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp in 2016 as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Payments Strategy. In 2024, George became Senior Vice President, Americas. In his role, George leads the growth of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Payments Market portfolio in the US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico, and supports the company’s largest customers.

Giovanni Miste joined Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp in January 2003 to lead the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Payments Market sales team in Italy. Today, he is Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Managing Director, Europe and is responsible for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Payments Market business activities across the European Union including Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Greece.

Jeff Mezger is responsible for Waypoint’s managed services for the financial industry in the US. He oversees product development and strategy for market data, online and data center services.

Rick Gilbody is responsible for Waypoint Trading Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’ Global Sales. He is experienced in data center colocation, low latency exchange infrastructure, network design and real-time market data.

Jim Tyrrell is responsible for the product management of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Information Services solutions including Routing, Registry and Gateway products. He works closely with the wider product team and colleagues in sales, marketing and operations, among others.

Mike provides strategic and tactical direction for the Trusted Communications product team in managing the delivery of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s enterprise and consumer services. He is responsible for the product management of Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Enterprise Authentication and Spoof Protection, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Enterprise Branded Calling, Telephone Number Reputation Monitoring and TN Insights.

Greg Bohl is responsible for leading the data science and analytics strategy for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Communications Market business. He leads Trusted Data Communications Development, focusing on Big Data, Analytics and Data Science supporting platforms and delivering next generation Trusted Data Systems.

Ben Myers is Managing Director for EMEA for Waypoint Trading Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp. In this role, he oversees a team who are responsible for supporting customers with trading infrastructure, connectivity, market data and data center colocation needs.

Levent Mehmet leads regional strategy, sales and client engagements across Waypoint’s solutions. Levent has a proven record of driving growth, expanding market presence, and forging strategic partnerships across global financial institutions.

John Haraburda oversees Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Call Guardian®, working closely with the wider Analytics and Advanced Carrier Applications teams and colleagues in sales, marketing and operations to support and grow the industry-leading call analytics solution.

Maurie Munro works closely with the Enterprise Sales team to drive Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s growth in the US, specifically focusing on Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’s Enterprise Product Suite, which includes Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Enterprise Authentication and Spoof Protection, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Enterprise Branded Calling and TN Insights.

David Hore is responsible for setting product strategy, managing development and delivering innovative payment solutions on a global scale across Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp Payments Market’s Accept and Orchestrate portfolios.

Austin Herrington is responsible for the global strategic direction of the Connect portfolio for Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’ Payments Market business, working closely with each region to define, develop and evolve products to reach the unique needs for each market at scale.
