Umer Ayub is Chief Risk Officer at Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp, reporting to the CEO and overseeing global compliance and operational risk functions. Based in London, he regularly collaborates with Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp offices across Europe, North America, and Asia‑Pacific.

Umer designed and implemented Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp’ global compliance framework, ensuring adherence to PCI DSS, SSAE18, ATM scheme, ISO standards, and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. He also developed the company’s standardized Business Continuity methodology, delivering robust disaster recovery and continuity plans tested worldwide. In addition, he specializes in business process design and re‑engineering.

A chartered accountant, Umer trained in risk management with Deloitte in London before joining Analysys Mason, a leading European telecoms and IT consultancy. He has been with Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵapp since 2003.

Outside of work, Umer enjoys time with his young family, dining out with friends, and pursuing his passion for sports cars as an active member of several London clubs and charities.
